Everyone should be able to read about a mortgage and reach me without obstacles. This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and I treat anything short of that as a bug.

What is in place

Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form fields, so screen readers can navigate every page and form.
Keyboard access to every link, button, menu and form, with a visible focus indicator.
Text and background colours checked for contrast, including the brass accent on light backgrounds.
Text that scales with your browser settings, and layouts that work at phone width without horizontal scrolling.
Motion kept to one short fade, and disabled entirely when your system asks for reduced motion.
Images with alternative text; no information carried in images alone.
