For real estate agents
Your buyers, pre-approved fast.
A broker who answers the phone, issues letters when your buyer needs them, and tells you the truth about a file before it is under contract.
01The promise
What you can count on.
- 01
Letters in hours, not days
A reviewed pre-approval the same business day once I have spoken with the buyer and seen the basics. Deadlines get a direct call.
- 02
The truth about the file, early
If a buyer is not ready, you hear it from me before you write an offer, with what it would take to get them there.
- 03
Weekly updates, same-day surprises
You get a short update every week and a call the moment anything touches the contract dates.
- 04
More ways to say yes
As a broker I place loans with multiple lenders. Self-employed buyers, condos, multi-family, CHFA: the files that get declined elsewhere are the ones I expect.
- 05
Closings that close
I chase conditions, I talk to the attorney, and I do not disappear after the clear-to-close.

Agent introduction
03Questions agents ask
Straight answers.
- How fast can you issue a pre-approval letter?
- Once I have a conversation with the buyer and the basic documents, the same business day in most cases. For an offer deadline, call me directly and I will move it to the front.
- Will you update me without being asked?
- Yes. A short update every week while the loan is in process, and a call the same day if anything changes that affects the contract dates.
- What loans can you place?
- Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, CHFA, jumbo, HELOCs and home equity loans, DSCR and bank statement loans, construction and 203k renovation loans. If a buyer has an unusual file, send them anyway; that is where a broker earns the fee.
- Do you work weekends?
- By text, yes. Buyers find houses on Saturdays. A letter on a Saturday afternoon is normal, not a favor.
- Can we co-market?
- Open houses, first-time buyer seminars and a shared CHFA guide for your clients are all things I do with partners. Compliance rules apply to shared costs, and I keep it clean.
